Refund & Subscription Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refunds may work for WiseRashi paid features.

1. Subscriptions

WiseRashi may offer paid subscriptions or premium features. Prices, benefits, and billing periods will be shown before purchase.

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, subject to the applicable app store or payment provider terms.

3. App Store and Google Play Billing

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those platforms. Cancellation and refund requests usually must be handled through the platform where the purchase was made.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple, Google, or applicable payment account settings. Deleting the app may not cancel a subscription.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable platform rules and law. WiseRashi may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
