Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, content, features, and services provided by WiseRashi LLC (“WiseRashi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using WiseRashi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WiseRashi. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use WiseRashi only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse WiseRashi, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions, upload harmful code, harass others, post unlawful content, impersonate others, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

4. Astrology Content

WiseRashi may provide astrology-related content, reflections, guidance, timing information, compatibility-style content, and related materials. This content is for informational, entertainment, spiritual, and personal reflection purposes only. See our Astrology Disclaimer.

5. Community Features

If community features are available, you are responsible for the content you post. You grant WiseRashi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

Some features may require payment or subscription. Subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers. Free trials, if offered, may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends, subject to the applicable platform rules.

7. Intellectual Property

WiseRashi, including its name, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, features, and content, is owned by WiseRashi LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of WiseRashi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update features, pricing, policies, and availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using WiseRashi at any time.

11. No Warranties

WiseRashi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseRashi LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from reliance on astrology content or user-generated content.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless WiseRashi LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of rights of another person or entity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WiseRashi after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
